That  looks  like  bloat   Sad  ....start  treatment  immediately.
 Heres  brief  on  treatment.
 Raised  temperature+flagyl  or  metrogyl(500mgfor  every  10g  of  water)+  a  lot  of  aeration+50%  waterchanges  everyday.
within  a  week  it  should  be  OK  Smile  (if  its  not  very  severe)

also  post  a  full  shot  of  the  FH.

 Hi  Hamza,

Looks  like  he  is  suffering  from  any  internal  bacterial/intestine  problem.
Treat  him  with  AZOO  Anti  Endoparasite,  it  works!

In  mean  while,  soak  the  food  in  Metronidazole  and  feed  him,  let  hope  for  the  best.

Looks  like  a  stomach  infection.  Epsom's  salt  won't  be  effective.  Treat  her  with  Metronidazole  (Metrogyl  /  Flagyl)  You  can  make  a  concentrated  solution  of  the  medicine  and  soak  the  dry  food  in  it  before  feeding.  Or  else  you  can  make  a  BHM  with  the  medicine  mixed  in  it.  You  can  even  dissolve  the  medicine  in  the  aquarium  water  but  most  of  the  medicine  will  get  wasted.
 Take  care

But  on  your  earlier  post  you  said  :  "he  was  a  bit  inactive  and  had  slowed  down  eating"

Since  how  long  he  is  not  eating?
And  for  how  long  you  have  tried  the  treatment?

I  think  its  a  blocked  intestinal  tract.
Try  dosing  epsom  salt  along  with  Metro.

Epsom  salt  should  do  the  trick,  it  is  bloat,  faced  similar  situation  with  my  GT  long  time  ago,  temp  at  30-31,  heavy  aeration...not  sure  about  the  dosing  levels  though,  i  think  i  does  4mg  to  10litres  of  water,  treatment  was  for  3-4  days,  change  water  add  new  salt.
After  2  days  you  can  see  him  poop  white  stuff  and  he  will  be  back  to  normal.

 Cheers
 Ravi

Just  a  tip  if  u  r  using  Flagyl/Metrogyl  tablets  -  Metronidazole  is  poorly  soluble  in  water,  so  its  better  to  dissolve  in  a  glassfull  of  warm  water  (~90dC)  before  adding  the  solution  to  the  tank.  Not  to  forget  30-50%  WC  daily  during  treatment  period.
Good  luck.  Smile  Wishing  your  fish  a  fast  recovery.

Flagyl  and  metrogyl  are  the  same.  They  both  have  the  same  drug.....Metronidazole.
