And  please  put  up  a  smaller  pic,  its  already  a  disturbing  image  and  even  more  so  when  its  big.

I  guess  your  dollars  munched  on   the  goldfish  head  (Chow  Chow  Surprised  )  or  your  suckerfish  that  loves  goldfish  slime and  my  sincere  advice  never  ever  stock  goldish  with  fishes  that  are  susceptible  of  nipping  them.  only  compatible  mates  for  exotic  goldfish  is   goldfish  and  maybe  clould  mountain  minnow  if  goldfish  are  small.   pls  don't  torture  your  fishes!!

 -
on  other  side  it  maybe  a  tumor

and  did  u  notice  its  tail  it  appear  to  have  either  finrot  or  red  veins  do  the  necessary  treatment  .

Silver  dollar  are  die  hard  vegetarians'  I  don't  think  they  would  nip  goldfish.
This  looks  like  a  fungl  infection,  maybe  due  to  some  injury.
Isolate  the  fish  in  a  hospital  tank,  use  good  quality  antifungal  med.
 salt  will  also  help

Kindly  do  not  post  treatment  unless  you  are  reasonable  sure.  It  does  not  look  like  finrot,  finrot  starts  at  edges  of  fin  and  spreads  inwards.  Red  streaks  like  these   are  due  to  presence  of  nitrite  in  water,  use  normal  salt  1  teaspoon   per  gallon  of  water

 Hi.
What  is  the  size  of  the  sucker  cat  u  have...  just  observe  them  they  have  the  habit  of  sucking  onto  fishes  as  they  love  the  slime  coating  on  them..
if  it  has  tasted  your  fish  just  move  them  out  of  your  tank  as  they  will  finally  kill  them.
and  for  treatment  nothing  beats  the  normal  rock  salt

It  does  not  look  like  fin  rot  or  fungal  infection.  As  Sandeep  mentioned,  fin  rot  starts  from  the  fin  tips,  and  all  the  fins  look  shredded  or  torn.  I  do  not  see  any  such  damage  to  your  goldfish.  Though  it  looks  similar  to  a  fungal  infection,  I'm  doubtful  if  it's  fungal  infection  too,  since  fungal  infections  are  not  isolated  to  one  region  or  part  of  the  fish's  body  (  as  in  your  case,  we  see  damage  only  near  the  cap  ).
I  suspect  it  may  have  started  as  a  small  injury  near  the  head,  and  your  tank  mates  made  the  most  of  the  situation.......   Maybe  your  sucker  ?!

how  long  has  this  problem  been  since?  is  the  condition  aggravating,  suspended,  or  diminishing?
