What  are  you  feeding?  Planaria  infestations  typically  occur  when  there  is  an  excess  of  organic  matter  in  a  tank.  The  simple  solution  is  to  reduce  feeding  and  increase  the  frequency  of  water  changes  till  the  worms  are  gone.

 @  natbox
not  at  all  harmful  to  fish

 @  Rahul
Right  now  im  feeding  micro  pellets  which  is  consumed  with  in  a  minute  or  two.  Dont  know  how  this  has  happened,  but  will  decrease  feeding  and  increase  the  WC  frequency.

You  probably  have  not  cleaned  the  filter  media  well  or  may  be  the  substrate  needs  a  siphon.

I  got  a  microworm-like  culture  running  in  my  uncleaned  trickle  filter.  Can  see  a  batch  flowing  down  every  morning  when  i  switch  the  filter  on.
