 Adesh  it  looks  brilliant.
u  can  definately  confirm  my  order  down  the  line.
one  suggestion  i  would  like  to  give  you  is  keeping  a  bit  of  a  hollow  space  behind  the  backdrop.that  enables  one  to  put  external  filter  pipes  heaters  etc  behind  the  backdrop.
if  you  would  come  home  i  could  show  you  what  Nauzer  has  done  in  my  oscar  tank  backdrop.it  would  make  your  effort  still  more  worth  it.

Well  try  it  and  you  will  be  suprised  to  see  how  acetone  works  on  thermocol.  Acetone  will  actually  vanish  thermocol  into  thin  air  in  seconds,  and  this  Bostik  adhesive  wii  stick  realy  fast.  its  cheaper  also.  Anyways  try  it  next  time  or  may  be  others  can  use  this  Acetine-Bostik  idea.

Hey  buddy  thats  the  catch.  you  have  said  it.  Acetone  will  actually  vanish  thermocol.  If  not  used  properly.  you  will  just  wonder  where  did  all  my  thermocol  go  anyway  ROFL

AGREED!  BUT  there  is  a  "IF"

                                                                      IF!  not  used  properly.

This  guy  who  made  it,  is  a  pro  with  blade,  which  is  more  difficult.  So  for  him  it  will  be  easy  on  that  2inch  thick  thermocol.

Ifact,  he  can  use  half  inch  thermocol  sheet  as  a  base  and  use  acetone  to  create  small  palm  size  flat  rocklike  plates  of  another  half  inch  thermocol  and  stick  these  on  base  plate  (now  1  inch  ?).

This  he  can  surely  do  with  acetone.  Smile

do  you  have  any  friends  who  make  those  thermocol  diwali  lamps?  ask  them  for  more  accurate  procedure.

Take  a  thick  old  and  used  marker  pen's  felt  tip  and  dip  it  in  acetone  for  awhile.

it  should  suck-up  lots  of  acetone.  Slowly  slowly  move  it  on  the  thermocol  as  much  as  you  want.  It  will  evaporate  the  area  in  seconds.  I  have  seen  aguy  on  road  making  lamps  with  this  method.

It  will  be  the  hot  wire  cutter  which  looks  like  a  pen  which  the  lamp  maker  uses
