The tank size you listed will just about house a pair of N. brichardi. Get a group of juveniles and grow them out... lots of rocks of course. They will not like the internal filter though. Too much turbulence.
A better option would be a shelldweller tank with a trio of occies or a small group of multies.
All tangs require a high pH and kH but, others have kept them successfully in B'lore so you should be fine with the water.
The tank is too small for Malawians.
You could keep a pair of dwarf CA cichlids in there don't know if any are available in India though.
