whats your name, planted Nano?
Pls clam down as people are there to help you, but from what you have written, I could only understand that you want to have a good looking planted tank.
Pls let us know what is your budget for the project, along with that pls let us know the time that you think you can spend on this tank on a daily or weekly basis and people will be able to guide you to your destination.
All the best. |

planted_nano the plants you have mentioned grow pretty tall and you'll have your hands full trimming them all the time also for your tank size a 28W CFL should do fine but then again that depends on the plants needs. |

glossotsigma and hc - need high lighting and very good substrate , Laterite and soil. They are not easy plants to grow. They are probably something that you can try later.
Anubias is a great choice for starters, low light , can be managed without Co2 , you get varities here ( petite , Broad life , Barteri ) and you could make an Anubias only tank.
javamoss - Mumbai , might have a problem once temp picks up , they all melt away , but since the weather is decent now you can try it. moss is also diffcult to get in Mumbai. My suggestion is go for some wood , with some Anubia's and some moss ( it might be expensive ).
Once it settles then you can add some more
800-1000 might be a less in case you are expecting to do everything in that , if you go for an anubia's garden then might be able to fit it
All the best |

At thousand bucks you will get enough plants to cover your tanks multiple times, why bother about exotic stuff when you are starting off...gather some practical experience of keeping plants and then venture into the costly varieties....start with a EL Natural method, read in the net. Search with Diana Walstad, you can start off in your budget. |

pls do not go for glosso, as you will be wasting your money IMHO. Go for crypts, they are good to look at and will manage in this setup. |
