Hi All,
One of my friend in France is speaking about Indian Natives
and he needs good first hand information about our native fishes.
Is it possible to provide this information as Word Doc or PPT Slides
so that it will be good (Sign your name in images and a logo of IAH as well)
please let me know if you can help by providing details of native fishes
and their biotopes, keeping conditions, breeding info,
pictures as many as possible.
finally the overall purpose is to showcase Indian Native Fishes in France.

Arrogance will not help.
Native Fishes, just two words but so many families of fishes are found here... Ask your friend what he wants in particular and on a specific fish or family.

Hi Harpreet,
Thanks for a decent reply, I am not much into natives
hence I could not provide any help to my friend.
This guy speaks french and his english is really bad,
anyway he wants to showcase some natives from
the Land of INDIA.
and he needs pictures and information from people
who are keeping these natives in order to educate the
French hobbyist about our native fishes, as they already have
p. denosonii in their market but have no clue as to how to
care for them.
hope the scenario is clear.

Hi Dan, Harpreet is correct.
We are not stingy when it comes to sharing info or photo's. But we like to know who is using it and for what purpose. I think you also will agree that this is not a unreasonable condition.
Recent case in point is Trevor's picture of a fish being mirrored and posted in a fish competition.

I second Trevor on this. Recently there was another French person on IAH. Though his English was poor we understood him and replied. Thomas on IAH speaks French,I believe.
It will also help if we as hobbyist meet in ASK club or one of our trips. 
We should meet at least once and become friends. Then we can sure help your unknown friend. After all we are in Bangalore. What say?
