 Hi  swapnils,
you  need  an   adapter  to  run  these  kind  of  fans.
go  to  electronics  shop  and  ask  for  an         OUTPUT-12  VOLT,500  mA  adapter
 it  will  cost  around  70/-

also  buy  a  socket  for  the  output  port  of  the  adapter.
as  the  output  port  of  the  adapter  is  cylindrical  in  shape,  join  the  socket   with  the  port  and  join  the  red  wire  to  the  +ve  port  and  black  wire  to  the  -ve  port  of  the  socket.  Smile

 @  TIMS

SMPS  =  Switch  Mode  Power  Supply,  Which  has  low  ripple  content.

You  can  use  an  adapter  like  Shameek  said  which  will  run  several  fans  for  you.  The  fans  themselves  are  available  for  less  than  Rs  100.

 Little  OT  (off  topic)  -
Wanted  to  post  this  a  long  time  back.  Its  better  to  use  a  120mm  fan  instead  of  regular  80mm  ones.  The  120mm  ones  are  lot  silent  and  push  more  air  compared  to  a  regular  80mm  fan.  Only  drawback  is  that  its  larger.
