 Thanks  Hayath.  Smile

Saikumar,  The  eggs  are  carried  in  a  cluster  by  the  female.
They  usually  spawn  in  the  mornings.
The  eggs  hang  in  front  of  the  anal  fin.
They  are  then  brushed/released  onto  the  plants.
I  have  just  collected  the  eggs  and  they  should  hatch  in  another  ten  or  twelve  days.
The  mother  is  back  into  the  main  tank.  Smile

The  female  is  above.  The  male  below.  The  females  have  a  fuller  body.

 Excellent  photo's  Trevor.

Having  them  myself  I  know  how  difficult  it  is  to  photograph  them.  Being  translucent  the  camera  will  not  focus  on  them.  Great  going  Thumb Up

Now  here  is  a  good  post  of  our  own  natives,  which  is  a  hardy  fish  and  is  a  good  experience  for  any  new  breeder  to  start.

 Regards,
 Nayak.

It's  a  very,  very  good  photo  as  anyone  who  has  ever  tried  knows  how  hard  it  is  to  get  a  good  shot  of  such  transparent  fish.  Can  you  share  the  details  of  how  you  took  the  shot  please.

 Thanks  Nayak,  Elaine  and  Kaushik.
A  lot  of  patience  and  hundreds  of  clicks.  A  half  days  work.
I  have  a  very  simple  low  end  camera  with  hardly  any  adjustments.  Smile
