Hello all!
I saw this book titled "Discus - the naked truth" at the Aquarama '05.
Just read reviews about the book, and I am sure its definitely worth it. I flipped through the pages quickly there as I was rushing!
Would like to know if anyone else picked up a copy, and some opinions about it.
Should be great if someone can source it for us. I am sure all discus lovers would love to have a copy.

Well people,
The minimum order is 25 books.
After spending on Fed-Ex for shipping we'll be lucky to be able to offer this book for Rs.3000/-. It's retailing in Singapore for S$98.00
The shipping cost is killing.
Most importantly we need 25 buyers.
We have 5 already with 20 to go.
(Nytyn, Beta, Neil included in the 5).
Any more takers? |

If it retails at 98 Sing, I guess you could probably get it for 90 Sing there, if you know someone.
And if something thats 90 sing, is available here at 3 grand, I think its a damn good deal.
I wish all the discus freaks do take a look at the reviews, and decide. |

BTW, Madan, can you also get the book Personally Signed and Inscribed by the Author...  ...

I can ask him for signed copies, let's see if he agrees. Since I don't know him personally it'll not be easy to get him to agree. Moreover the book is in raging demand and I doubt he'll go around signing all copies. He might sign a couple of copies but that is a bigger headache. No promises.
I am still waiting for the Fedex charges to arrive at a final price for this book. |
