How  large  is  your  tank?  How  large  are  your  fish?

Goldfish  aren't  the  most  active  fish  in  the  world  to  begin  with.  If  well  fed,  they  don't  have  much  of  a  reason  to  move  around.

Please  stop  feeding  them  for  atleast  3  days  and  see
How  big  is  your  tank..?  What  else  you  have  with  them?
Either  you  are  overfeeding  them,  or  they  do  not  have  much  of  a  swimming  space,  or  it  may  be  both..

there  is  no  problem  in  feeding  twice  a  day  but  make  sure  u  feed  really  less  each  time.  a  single  gold  fish  needs  around  20  gallons  of  water.  maybe  your  fishes  need  to  start  dieting..take  them  to  VLCC  Chuckle

Your  tank  is  just  enough  for  a  single  goldfish,  if  fact  if  it  is  a  big  goldfish,  this  tank  would  be  small  for  a  single  goldfish.
Pls  upgrade  to  a  bigger  tank  or  give  them  away.  in  the  meantime  start  with  regular  somewhat  large  water  changes.
What  type  of  goldfish  are  they.

A  gold  fish  is  a  very  high  bioload  fish.
Though  it  is  often  the  fish  which  are  newbie  starts  to  keep.
It  is  not  a  good  first  fish,  they  need  large  tanks,  good  filteration.
Also  they  tend  to  get  large,  many  species  go  above  1  ft.
Feeding  them  just  dry  food  is  not  enoough,  they  need  fresh  veggies  in  their  diet  on  regular  intervals.
Pls  read  following  for  more  infomation.

if  you  read  articles  about  keeping  goldfishes  you  will  find  that  they  are  not  that  easy  a  fish  to  keep  and  they  are  definitely  not  a  fish  for  the  newbie.  people  have  kept  goldfishes  in  small  bowls  over  the  years  and  never  thought  that  even  they  need  a  big  tank.  the  only  thing  about  keeping  goldfishes  is  that  you  dnt  need  to  add  a  heater  to  the   tank.  but  you  have  to  care  for  them  and  provide  good  water  changes  and  filtration  just  like  the  other  fishes.  i  read  in  an  article  somewhere  that  you  even  need  to  deworm  them.  maybe  the  goldfish  experts  can  correct  me  if  i  am  wrong

 sayhi2ani,

Your  tank  is  really  small  for  growing  up  your  goldies.

 *  As  you  say  they  are  quite  big  &  bulky,  its  time  to  shift  them  to  a  bigger  tank,  say  36x15x15  minimum.
 *  Though  they  are  hungry  anytime,  it  is  advisable  to  feed  them  sparingly  small  quantity  of  food.
 *  They  produce  poop  on  a  mass  scale,  you  need  to  have  powerful  filteration  for  your  tank.
 *  Though  it  doesn't  look  pleasant  to  eyes,  I  would  suggest  bare-bottom  tank  for  the  ease  of  cleaning  and  keeping  nitrates  to  the  lowest.
 *  30-40%  weekly  WC  is  a  must  in  any  case.

Please  refrain  from  using  SMS  language  in  the  forum  for  your  posts.
 Thanks.
