 Hi  everyone,

I  have  setup  a  small  paludarium  a  couple  of  months  ago  using  thermacol  and  portland  cement...

 Tank  Specs:

 size:  15"x12"x12"
 substrate:  sand
 lights:  11w  PLL
filtration:  200lph  internal  power  filter  which  runs  waterfall  too
flora:  Hygrophilla  Corymbosa,  Aponogeton  Crispus,  Java  Moss,  Java  Fern  and  on  land  section  locally  collected  weeds.
fauna:  Dont  know  the  ID.  Caught  these  active  juveniles  from  a  hill  stream.  They  are  about  1.5cm  and  adults  had  a  black  lateral  line  running  through  their  body  till  tail  tip...

 Few  Pics:

hey  it  looks  great,  wish  to  setup  one  soon....
why  dont  you  throw  in  a  few  nwets,  crayfish  or  frogs....
seen  these  things  (fire  bellied  japanese  newts,  albino  clawed  frogs,  red  swamp  crayfish)  in  an  LFS  here  in  hyderabad.
and  consider  adding  more  plants  like  ferns,  anubias,  mosses,  crypts....  HC,  this  way  you  can  multiply  them  far  more  rapidly  than  underwater.

@  muddassar  :  thanks  for  the  suggestion,  i  will  add  more  plants
@  saadali  :  thanks  sir,  i  think  15"  tank  is  too  small  to  accomodate  amphibians.  But  i  have  frequent  visitors  like  beetles  and  other  insects,  am  happy  with  them...

One  of  the  better  paludariums  I've  seen.  Great  job!

Don't  add  anything  else,  it  looks  great  just  the  way  it  is.   Smile

I'd  love  to  see  better  pictures  of  the  fish.  It  looks  similar  to  the  ones  Subhankar  (?)  had  posted  a  while  ago.
