Give  your  pair  some  time,  they  will  learn  how  to  take  care.  Exparts  can  help  about  artificial  fry  raising  but  IMO  discus  parents  can  do  the  best  baby  sitting  of  their  babies.  You  can  use  mesh  around  the  breeding  cone  after  male  doing  his  work.
 Thanks,

 Hi  Giri,
All  of  these  would  be  my  assumptions.  If  you  arent  following  any  of  these,  kindly  do.  Keep  the  breeding  tanks  in  isolated  places  where  there  is  no  footfall.  Fish  are  sensitive  to  footfall  around  the  tank  and  will  percieve  it  as  a  threat  to  their  young.  When  the  egss  are  laid  and  the  babies  start  to  hatch,  identify  who  is  the  culprit  eating  those  eggs  male/female.  Eggs  or  babies  will  be  eaten  when  the  pair  is  not  happy  together  and  break  up  in  fights.  This  is  the  major  reason  for  the  babies  being  eaten  or  killed.  U  could  try  to  rear  them  on  their  own  artificially  but  thats  just  not  natural  for  discus.  You  could  successfully  raise  a  few  fry  out  of  the  entire  brood  but  artificial  rearing  results  in  high  mortality.  If  you  do  consult  a  vet,  you  could  induce  mild  sedatives  after  the  eggs  are  laid.  I  wont  recommend  you  any  names  since  this  again  is  very  unnatural.
If  you  are  to  raise  the  fry  artificially  then  do  the  chores  religiously.  When  feeding  them  paramecium/infusoria  use  filter  wool  to  concentrate  the  greenfood  and  then  feed  it.  Be  generous  while  feeding  but  not  to  an  extent  where  you  ruin  the  water.  And  again  once  they  outgrow  filter  feeds  give  them  generous  amounts  of  brine  shrimp.  Try  the  imported  ones.  They  have  a  good  hatch  rate.  Lemme  know  if  you  need  any  more  advice.
Cheers  for  now  and  don't  worry.  Everything  will  be  alright.
PS  keep  your  breeders  well  fed.

Once  Female  lays  the  eggs  and  Male  compelete  his  work  ,  cover  the  eggs  .
Is  this  a  young  Pair  ?
