Brilliant  construction  of  the  tank  and  light  fittings.  The  cooling  fan  has  also  been  strategically  placed  at  the  right  place.  What's  the  scene  with  the  cigaraette  diffuser?  Very  clever  but  does  it  work  well?  How  does  one  control  it  and  what  sort  of  results  do  you  get?
If  you  put  in  crypts  don't  you  think  they'll  overshadow  and  choke  the  smaller  plants  next  to  them?

Would  you  really  call  this  a  nano  tank?  I  thought  Nanos  were  less  than  15  inch  long  tanks.  Is  there  anybody  in  Bombay  who  does  them?  I  don't  have  the  time  so  I'll  rather  get  it  done  for  me  and  where  do  I  go  for  the  light  fittings  here?  They  look  so  professionally  done.

Hi  Ram

Firstly  i  must  say  you  have  done  a  really  neat  job  of  putting  the  tank  together  +  Liked  your  innovative  way  of  fixing  the  fan  and  Co2  distribution   Smile

With  regards  to  the  scape  i  agree  with  Surya,  the  hardscape  is  weak  and  the  plants  that  you  have  chosen  will  eventually  overshadow  your  hardscape.  Go  through  the  below  link.  it  wil  give  you  some  good  ideas  for  an  Iwagumi  Layout

 http://www.aquajournal.net/na/iwagumi/index.html

Thank  you  very  much  for  the  link  Seetharam,  the  link  was  very  useful,  never  thought  there  would  be  so  much  of  details  involved  while  placing  the  rocks,  now  my  planes  have  changed,  once  the  Glossostigma  elatinoides   is  spread  all  over  il  will  remove  the  Rotala  and  add  Eleocharis  vivipara  on  the  left  side  and  Blyxa  japonica     on  the  right  side.

Thank  you  very  much  Prem,  next  time  when  you  want  to  build  a  tank  let  me  know  I  will  do  that  for  you.

Thank  you  Asha,  cigaraette  bud  diffuser  is  a  commonly  used  in   DIY  Co2  but  it  wont  work  with  pressurized  Co2,   cigaraette  bud  diffuser  is  as  good  as  the  glass  diffuser  that  is  used  in  pressurized  Co2  system  and  co2  bubbles  are  as  fine  as  the  glass  diffuser.
Actually  I  haven't  planted  crypts  in  this  tank.

"Would  you  really  call  this  a  nano  tank?"  Hummmm  Confused  I  thought  any  thing  less  then  50  gallon  is  a  nano,  correct  me  if  am  wrong.

am  not  sure  about  the  planted  tank  hobbyists  in  Bombay,  may  be  you  can  contact  the  Admins  they  should  be  able  to  help  you  find  the  right  person.
And  about  the  light  fittings,  you  should  be  able  to  get  them  at  any  LFS

 Regards,
 Ram

Just  got  MaxMix  Co2  reactor  and  added  to  my  tank.  I  have  a  very  good  result  with  the  MaxMix  which  am  using  for  my  3ft  tank,  only  difference  is  its  a  large  size  and  one  I  got  today  is  medium  size  but  still  I  haven't  got  my  Co2  cylinder  refilled  so  hooked  the  DIY  Co2  to  it  till  I  get  the  cylinder  refilled.  Here  are  some  pictures.

 Hi  Ram,

You  have  a  very  good  nano  tank.  The  setup,  co2  diffuser,  lights  and  other  hard  scape  all  look  cool  man.

Congrats  once  again  and  good  luck.

Hey  Ram  one  small  suggestion,  I  guess  if  you  put  the  reactor  to  the  right  side  then  it  wouldn’t  be  visible  and  your  tank  will  look  more  beautiful.

Even  I  had  that  thought  but  the  problem  is  the  out  let  of  the  canister  is  on  the  left  side  and  the  in  let  on  the  right  and  when  I  try  to  take  the  out  let  to  the  right  side   the  tubing  bends  which  is  reducing  the  flow  of  the  water.
