 hey    there,
Congrats  on  keeping  oscars...find  it  very  difficult  to  find  people  here  keeping  oscars....all  into  discus  i  think    Very Happy
But  anyways  some  suggestions...why  do  you  wanna  buy  a  big  oscar...but  a  small  one  and  grow  it  out  yourself...you  see  it  grow  plus  it  works  out  cheaper...
also  i  don't  think  we  are  allowed  to  post  prices  here  but  the  price  of  an  8  or  10  inch  oscar  would  depend  on  the  health  and  variety  of  the  fish
For  example  a  regulr  tiger  oscar  would  cost  far  less  than  a  red  oscar  or  a  copper  oscar  irrespective  of  them  being  the  same  size

Not  really...I  guess  most  of  us  have  been  keeping  many  variety  of  fishes  since  long...it's  over  a  period  of  time  that  we  have  scaled  into  Discus  keeping...People  like  Rahul,  Madhu,  Beta,  Adip,  Trevor  and  many  more  have  kept/keeping  all  kinds  of  fishes...

The  best  of  Oscars  that  I  saw  recently  was  at  Shishir  Kamath's  place...Amazing  Size!!...More  than  a  foot  length...and  he's  grown  them  since  three  years  and  from  3"  size...

It's  only  that  they  haven't  had  time  to  reply  to  few  queries...which  they  will...
