A friend recently moved to Noida from Hyd and the plastic bag in which the FH was being transported leaked and since then, the fish's been very sick and lies on it's side and doesn't move much. The color also changed drastically.
I suggested him to do 25% daily water change and keep it aerated all the time.

He must just be stressed out due to the lack of oxygen and travel.
Keep him aerated, and feed him moderately-if he is interested in eating. Keep the temperature stable and he should be back to normal in a couple of days.

Lack of oxygen can sometimes cause irreversible damage to a fish, keep us updated.
I had a similar FH, who used to lie on one side, but he ate, swam (sideways) and survived for
a long time. Miraculously one day he started swimming normally! So you never know, keep him
alive if he eats and looks ok after a few days.
One more thing, try and see if there's anything lodged in his mouth...

FHs are quite resilient.
i bought a prized FH, put him in a bucket for acclimatisation before putting him in the tank, before the acclimatisation was complete, fell asleep, the fish jumped out sometime in that period, got up and went to see whats happening the fish isn't there at all, it had jumped out and dried up and listless, put him in the bucket with disgust thinking of my mistake, after some time i came back and to my surprise the fish's gills were moving, and in a few hours he was even moving around a little bit, and by the next he was ready for getting shipped again.
so after the above said, i think your FH shall be good in no time at all.

Give him some more time to settle down. He will be OK. Don't overfeed him during his stress period. In case of acute stress I add 1 drop per litre of water of Dol Aqua from ADA and this takes care of the stress. Flowerhorns are hardy and don't worry buddy.
