Cloudiness  in  new  water  might  be  due  to  chlorine,  try  some  antichlorine.

Second,  use  the  internal  filter  along  the  length,  not  front  to  back  and  a  spraybar  to  reducethe  flow  is  a  must  for  a  planted  tank.
Remove  the  pipe  on  filter  thats  oxygenating  the  water,  you  dont  need  air  in  planted  tanks.

And  you  tank  is  70%  empty  that  means  a  big  real  estate  for  algae  to  occupy,  better  get  some  fast  growing  plants  like  hygrophiyla  sp.  soon.

And  start  DIY  CO2  as  soon  as  possible.

1.Water  is  from  the  borewell  so  chances  of  chlorine  is  less  i  guess.

2.Changed  the  power  filter  to  lesser  power,  Removed  the  pipe  as  u  said  and  added  the  spray  bar  and  is  aimed  along  the  length.

3.Today  while  changing  water  i  removed  slimy  thread  like  stuff  from  corner..   Shocked

4.And  about  plants  no  plants  are  available  here  except  Amazons  ..  so  no  chance  of  getting  plants  here   Crying or Very sad   Sad

5.Today  i  have  bought  Dry  Yeast,  will  start  the  setup  as  soon  as  possible.

 Is  your  tank  properly  cycled?

Do  you  clean  the  filter  while  water  changes?

If  plants  are  not  available,  you  could  prune  the  ones  you  have  and  replant  them  to  fill  up.

The  thread  like  stuff  would  be  thread  algae.

The  plants  look  like  Vallisneria  sp,  Bacopa  sp  and  Rotala  sp  (  from  left  to  right).

 Cheers

 Vince

So  what  you  have  is  Nitrite  spike.  Leave  the  tank  alone  for  a  week  and  do  only  partial  (50%  or  less  water  changes)  weekly.

Do  not  clean  your  filter  during  water  changes  as  it  may  kill  off  nitrifying  bacteria.  If  at  all  the  filter  needs  to  be  cleaned  always  use  only  tank  water.

Keep  an  eye  on  the  LFS  announcement  forum  for  plants.

 Cheers

 Vince
