 I  have  no  issues  with  IPS(Nirav).  Whenever  i  had  placed  a  order  i  just  call  up  Nirav  and  mention  by  order  details  and  within  a  3-4  days  my  products  are  delivered.

 Adding  more  to  this  is  since  i  have  placed  the  order  i  have  visited  delhi  twice,  also  got  3  Flower  Horns  and  3  Arowana's  with  me.  LOL  i  should  have  collected  them  myself,  also  would  have  saved  on  delevery  charges.

 I  just  checked  with  my  staff  on  the  same,  aparently  the  courier  vendor  has  been  giving  the  run  around  on  this  one,  when  we  ask  their  delhi  office  here  they  tell  us  the  patna  guy  has  received  it  and  will  deliver  the  next  day  and  the  patna  guy  tell  them  they  havent  received  it  and  should  come  on  today  load.  Unfortunately  certain  things  even  we  cannot  control,  since  the  package  is  no  longer  with  in  our  possesion.  None  the  less  i  am  assuming  its  possible  that  somewhere  the  package  could  have  been  lost  in  transit,  thankfully  all  shipments  are  insured  and  we  should  be  able  to  get  everything  covered.  I  have  told  their  manager  here  and  given  them  a  final  one  day,  If  they  dont  respond  today  or  deliver  we  will  just  file  for  insurance  and  send  a  new  package  accross  via  an  alternate  courier  agency.

 Well  its  not  delivered  today  itself  as  of  writing.  Although  it  was  elections  here  on  1st  so  i  will  wait  till  tomorrow  3rd.  Lets  hope  for  the  best.  Only  thing  am  afraid  of  is  that  during  chath  puja  holidays  (9th  Nov  -  13th  Nov)  no  one  will  be  at  home  for  5  days  and  thats  the  reason  i  had  ordered  Food  timer.
 
 I  will  have  to  shift  all  my  fishes  to  LFS.  No  options  left  now.

 A  New  food  timer  is  being  dispatched  to  you  separately  via  DTDC  plus  today,  you  should  get  it  before  the  9th  for  sure  .
 
 The  other  items  are  being  filed  for  insurace  and  in  24hours  will  be  dispatched  separately.  Extremely  sorry  for  the  trouble  caused  due  to  the  transit  loss.

 I  have  purchased  the  same  locally  over  here.  If  possible  kindly  cancel  all  my  orders.  I  will  prefer  getting  them  directly  from  your  store  rather  punching  my  head  online  solving  issues  here  and  there.

 Hi  Nirav,
                                    I  have  made  to  orders  one  on  21  and  26th  of  last  month  and  I  was  told  by  you  that  the  material  will  be  send  on  last  monday.  So  far  I  have  not  got  any  response  and  yesterday  I  put  a   reminder  to  indiapetstore  address  and  received  a  confirmation  mail  saying  I  will  be  getting  a  response  shortly.  So  far  there  is  no  answer  to  my  query.  What  is  happening  up  there  ?  I  think   you  may  provide  against  each  item  how  much  time  it  will  take  to  deliver  and  stick  to  that  if  this  kind  of  delay  is  there  going  to  be.  In  such  case  people  can  think  twice  before  placing  an  order.

 Since  this  is  a  feedback  thread,  I  will  write  a  few  words  as  I  am  a  customer  of  IndiaPetStore  for  a  long  time.
 The  best  thing  that  I  received  from  them  is  service.  Every  email  that  I  have  sent  has  always  been  promptly  replied  to.  Packaging  is  really  really  good.  They  have  always  delivered  on  time.  On  rare  occasions  when  they  were  not  in  a  position  to  deliver  on  time,  they  made  sure  that  I  was  intimidated  the  same  over  email  or  phone.
 About  price,  all  I  can  say  is  that  IPS  is  business  and  not  charity.  So  some  items  are  priced  lower  than  the  prevailing  market  rates  some  may  be  slightly  higher.  I  am  willing  to  pay  slightly  higher  market  rates  for  delicate  goods  like  filters,  diffuser  etc  if  the  quality  of  product  is  assured  and  the  service  provided  is  good.
 I  should  also  mention  that  IPS  has  in  the  past  gone  out  of  its  way  to  replace  a  costly  item  that  turned  out  to  be  faulty,  even  though  it  had  no  gurantee!

 +1...  Have  made  just  coupe  of  purchase  from  Nirav  and  am  completely  satisfied  as  not  only  does  he  deliver  the  product,  conversation  with  him  ensures  resolution  to  the  requirement  /  issue  you  have  on  hand.

 All  in  all  according  to  me  there  should  be  a  proper  tracking  option  available  for  timely  delevery  of  products.  Once  you  place  the  order  the  status  at  IPS  shows  as  Processing  and  thats  where  it  stucks.  I  have  been  seeing  this  status  since  last  26  days.

 As  per  your  request  the  other  products  have  been  put  on  hold.
 
 With  regards  to  proper  tracking,  we  are  on  the  verge  of  chaning  our  courier  vendor  to  DTDC,  final  negotiations  are  on,  since  the  current  vendor's  agent  is  not  able  to  cater  to  our  volume  and  requirement  of  tracking  of  shipments  and  we  have  had  a  lot  of  complaints  for  delivery  delays.  
 
 Offcourse  Balzeflash  surface  shipment  will  continue  and  that  will  take  7  -  10  business  days  as  indicated.  AFLWIZ  will  take  similar  time  but  will  be  insured  and  DTDC  will  have  different  options  like  DTDC  Plus  ,  DTDC  Blue  and  Regular  DTDC.

 Well  their  has  been  a  mistake  in  the  Food  timer  as  well.  The  one  which  i  ordered  was  Dophin  Doubble  Drum  Food  Timer  and  the  one  that  i  got  delevered  is  Aim  FOOD  TIMER.
 
 For  other  items  send  in  the  delivery.  I  have  given  my  office  address  so  someone  will  receive  it  here  as  i  will  be  off  to  dubai  and  will  be  back  by  21st  Nov.

 That  is  only  a  complimentary  gift  from  us  for  your  emergency,  the  originally  ordered  products  will  be  sent  together  as  per  your  order,  since  we  have  filed  for  insurance,  we  need  to  ship  the  same  products  along  with  the  new  shipment  else  we  do  not  receive  the  insurance  claim.
