If  it  is  a  planted  tank,  then  contact  Nirav  from  Indiapetstore  for  Geisemann  Aquaflora  tubes.
You  will  need  to  find  a  reflector  assembly  in  Mumbai.

I  started  off  with  a  planted  tank  and  shut  it  down  within  2  months,  so  should  be  avaliable.

 Royston
I  have  recently  buy  3  feet  Oreva  T5  tubes  (21  watt).  They  are  available  in  single  and  double  tube  fittings.  Cost  is  also  in  budget  (in  the  range  of  250-300)  I  think  moderators  will  not  have  any  problem.
The  dealer  of  Oreva  in  Mumbai  is:
Ajanta  Mfg  Ltd.  (Bomay  Office)  :  022-67024096/97  (  According  to  brochure)
