Biswadeb,  their  daily  feeding/WC  schedule  is  as  below
 7-7.30  am  -  Feeding
8.00  am  WC  for  young  ones  (100%)
 12.00  pm  -  feeding
3.00  pm  -  feeding  for  young  ones
 5.00  pm  -  feeding
 8.00  pm  -  WC  for  all  (80-100%)
10.00  pm  -  small  feed  to  all

I  give  them  Beef  heart  mix,  which  I  prepare  myself  and  sometimes  Tetrabits  and  Hikari  Discus  bio-gold.  Dry  food  mostly  at  night  time  feeding.

One  more  thing  which  I've  started  doing  is  after  15-20  mins  from  feeding  time,  I  (actually  its  not  me,  its  my  wife)  collects  uneaten  food  along  with  debris.   Rock On
