 Hi  Nirav,
 
 I  cannot  believe  this  mate..  the  replacement  wave  maker  your  team  sent  me  has  the  same  problem  as  what  I  sent  the  old  one  for..
 
 It  sucks  water  once  and  then  shoots  water  another  time...  I  have  tried  pin  interchange  at  the  switch  board  and  also  different  plug  points  but  the  issue  is  the  same.
 
 It  is  an  intermittent  issue.  The  shaft  rotates  both  ways..  This  according  to  me  is  a  fundamental  flaw  of  the  wave  maker  itself.  
 
 I  really  cant  go  thru  the  process  of  sending  it  back  to  you.  It  cost  me  250  rupees  the  last  time  just  to  send  you  back  the  wave  maker  and  now  i  have  got  one  with  the  same  problem  as  before.
 
 If  your  team  reads  to  my  mails  to  them  Nirav,  I  mentioned  that  PLEASE  check  the  wave  maker  before  you  ship  it  out.  I  really  am  upset  cause  I  have  two  items  I  have  been  waiting  for  a  very  long  time  and  I  have  them  now  and  they  are  of  NO  use  to  me.
 
 I  will  send  the  pics  of  the  broken  live  rock  in  a  few  minutes.

 Hi  Michael,
 
 The  wave  maker  was  definitely  checked,  since  i  saw  it  personally  working,  however  if  its  something  intermedient,  it  never  came  out  when  we  checked  it,  We  dont  run  it  for  hours,  its  just  plugged,  checked  and  sent.  The  first  one  you  sent  us,  ran  completely  the  other  way  round.  We  did  not  see  that  in  the  new  one  sent.  The  product  is  a  chinese  manufactured  product.  
 
 For  the  live  rock,  you  can  email  the  pictures  and  we  can  definitely  send  you  a  replacement.

 HI  Michael,
 
 I  too  got  2  wavemakers  from  Nirav,  both  of  which  had  the  same  problem.  In  the  beginning  I  was  quite  upset  with  it  just  as  you  are  today.  But  the  best  part  is  that  when  intermittently  the  wavemaker  changes  directions-  it  sucks  from  the  front  and  throws  out  from  the  vents,  it  is  creating  a  random  flow  pattern  inside  the  aquarium.  And  thats  good.  Of  all  the  reading  that  I  have  done,  a  random  wave  pattern  inside  a  marine  setup  is  most  natural  and  wanted.  And  here  a  faulty  wavemaker  is  doing  exactly  that  for  us.  I  have  both  wavemakers  that  show  this  behavior  and  everything  inside  the  tank  is  happy  and  thriving.  But  then  when  you  think  of  it,  maybe  wavemakers  are  designed  that  way  for  random,  non  linear  flow  and  sudden  change  of  direction-  which  we  are  assuming  to  be  technical  faults  are  in  fact  design  incorporations.

 Hi  vijay,
 
 i  agree  with  your  point  about  the  varied  wave  directions  being  required  in  a  tank.  Some  of  my  stock  act  like  the  love  adventure...  Always  searching  for  places  where  they  should  not  be  in  
 
 But  my  worry  is  more  about  fish  and  invertebrates  getting  sucked  into  the  wave  maker.
 
 I  also  have  another  wavemaker  that  does  not  show  these  issues.  It  is  from  boyu.  For  the  change  in  water  directions  the  wave  switching  accessory  does  a  great  job  when  it  switches  on  one  wave  maker  on  on  end  and  turns  of  the  other  on  the  other  end  of  the  tank.  
 
 Having  different  directions  of  water  flow  is  good...  But  surely  not  at  the  cost  of  the  live  stock...  And  this  is  all  the  more  true  when  u  have  your  wife  breathing  down  your  neck  and  remembering  and  calculating  the  cost  every  time  u  screw  something  up  in  the  aquarium   ha  ha  ha...

 Nirav  -  forced  to  try  and  get  through  to  you  on  this  forum,  as  I  have  exhausted  all  my  means  of  trying  to  get  through.  I  have  tried  calling  multiple  times,  but  the  phones  are  predictable  switched  off.  I  did  speak  to  you,  and  you  promised  to  get  back  to  be  in  an  hour,  and  it  has  been  4  months  since  then.  Completion  of  my  order  is  still  pending  from  JUNE  2010.  (#3015654)

 Out  of  6  only  3  items  have  been  delivered  to  me.  Why  so  when  the  site  says  stock  available  even  today  &  also  when  I  had  placed  the  order?
 
 Following  is  latest  stock  position  for  pending  items  as  per  the  site:

 I  wanted  to  know  the  status  of  my  order  #  3016215  and  3016216  and  the  macro  algae  ordered  through  email.   As  I  didnt  receive  the  products  yet  and  as  said  by  you  they  have  been  sent  two  weeks  back,  it  doesnt  generally  take  so  long,  so  pls  check  and  confirm  and  inform  me  as  to  what  is  going  on.

 Since  your  city  is  a  non  metro,  the  courier  agencies  are  relied  on  thirdparty  sources,  so  normally  the  delays  are  accounted  at  the  local  agency,  i  have  sent  a  complain  to  the  booking  agency  here  and  expecting  to  receive  a  reply  on  Thursday.

 Okay  fine  that  is  understandable.   Can  you  please  give  me  the  details  of  the  courier  company  and  the  consignment  number  and  all  so  that  i  can  track  it  myself  in  my  city,  so  that  i  can  go  and  collect  the  consignment  from  their  office  myself  if  it  is  with  them.   I  dont  know  how  the  macro  algae  is  going  to  survive  this  long  transit  time.
