 Dear  fellow  members,

 after  trying  my  hand  at  with  a  small  30G  planted  tank  i  am  now  ready  to  go  for  a  4x2ftx1.5ft  planted  tank.
 It  is  approx  90G.

 Here  is  what  i  have  planned.

 Tank  =  4x2x1.5
 Co2  =  Pressurised
 Regulator  =  ESAB  dual  stage  DURA  series
 Solenoid  =  Magnetic  typr  JANATICS  make
 Needle  valve=  Janatics  make
 PU  tubing.
 Timer  for  on/off
 Lighting  =  4x54W  T5  HO's  with  hood
 Substrate  3"  of  Seachem  Flourite
 Co2  inline  diffuser  by  Up  Aqua
 Eheim  2213  filter(  from  old  tank)

 Please  suggest  good  CO2  drop  checker  and  any  other  diffuser.

 What  should  i  do  about  Macro/Micro  dosing?  use  powders  to  make  solutions  or  use  branded  liquids.

 Will  i  need  a  power  head  also?  (what  lph)

 Please  suggest  a  list  of  plants  and  fishes  to  keep.

 regards,
 vikram.

 The  filter  is  not  enough  for  that  tank.  You  need  2217  or  higher  with  lots  of  Bio  filtration  media.

 Where  did  you  get  Up  Aqua  inline  difuser  in  India?  And  what  is  the  height  of  the  tank?  2feet  or  1.5  feet?

 hi  tirtha,
 the  diffuser  is  available  with  Gautam  (aquariumsindia.com)

 the  height  is  1.5  ft.

 will  a  internal  powerfilter  +  2213  suffice.
 what  capacity  internal  power  filter  should  i  go  for?  (in  lph)

 regards,
 vikram
