Sorry,  Pics  are  in  wrong  order…

I  have  used  3  kgs  of  soilrite.

500gm  of  pure  laterite  got  from  local  nursery.

Cocopeat  of  one  handful  (bought  of   half  kg)

 Vermicompost  of  2tbsp(bought  50gm)

Upper  gravel  greenish  white  small  stones  -3kgs(earlier  I  had)

2  bottle  of  20ltr  of  mineral  water..

Now  about  the  blunder…the  high  steep  hill  was  a  wrong  concept…after  pouring  water  upper  part  collapsed  ..and  perlite  inside  the  gravel  came
 out  and  mixed  with  water…

Now  tank  is  under  filtration   to  remove  the  unwanted  part…

 Need  suggestions  for   the  betterment.

If  you  had  planned  a  hill  with  thermocol,  glue  it  with  the  base.  Otherwise  it'll  always  float  up.
Anyways  hill  with  thermocol  is  not  a  good  idea.

@Matrix-  I  have  consulted  with  exp  people  regarding  this  part,  I  heard  it  can  leach  heavily...also  suggested  that  one  should  keep  it  at  the   bottom  most  of  all  substrate...I  need  some  more  reading.

I  definitely  don't  like  to  be  a  party  pooper,  but  you  should  first  sort  out  your  water  problem.
You  cannot  have  an  aquarium  running  on  mineral  water,  unless  you  have  very  deep  pockets  and  don't  know  what  to  do  with  money  Very Happy  .
Planted  tanks  come  up  with  their  own  set  of  problems  which  are  very  different  from  non  planted  tanks.
What  is  good  for  one  is  bad  for  other.
For  example,  strong  aeration  is  good  for  non  planted  tanks,  but  a  big  no  no  for  planted  tank,  heavy  gravel  vacuuming  of  non  planted  tanks  is  good  but  taboo  for  planted  tanks.
If  I  were  you,  I  would  first  set  up  a  non  planted  tank,  let  it  run  for  at  least  6  months,  and  then  start  thinking  about  planted  tanks.
