just  watch  these  plecos  behavoiur  carefully  they  may  be  responsible  for  this  .  in  some  extreme  cases  plecos  behaves  aggresively.  BTW  why  do  you  do  have  such  a  big  size  plecos  in  there,  FH   like  to  have  thier  own  tank  they  dont  like  to  share.
Bare  bottom  is  best  for  FH  so  that  you  can  feed  them  well  and  syphon  the  poo  easily

u  can  use  Aquarium  Glass  Algae  Cleaner  instead  of  keeping  sucker!
tankmate  with  FH  will  always  create  trouble  Sad  ¬†unless  it's  star  flowerhorn!  star  flowerhorns  are  semi  aggressive.
u  can  get  idea  from  this  link  of  what  I'm  talking  about...Aquarium  Glass  Algae  Cleaner

Get  those  plecos  out  right  away,  simple  treatment  do  50%  water  change  and  add  salt.  Repeat  every  alternate  day  for  a  week.  At  the  most  you  can  add  Melafix  to  help  with  the  healing.

Your  right  Raghu,  but  teh  antbiotics  at  this  point  will  screw  up  the  biological  cycle  in  the  tank,  which  will  be  more  harmful,  hence  only  salt  and  melafix  should  work  great.  Temps  are  already  very  high  so  no  worries  in  that  deptt.
