 For  cash  on  delivery  the  order  value  has  to  be  over  5000  and  minimum  3  products.

 Nirav,  just  a  suggestion  here:  To  save  time  and  to  make  the  shopping  experience  alot  more  convenient  i  think  these  conditions  should  be  mentioned  clearly  at  the  time  of  placing  order.  Also,  the  customer  service  response  should  be  more  proactive  instead  of  waiting  to  be  prompted  from  the  customer  end.

 Nirav  as  per  my  experience  with  indiapetstore,  most  of  the  information  provided  is  not  complete,  be  it  product  information,  quantity,  delivery,  etc.  At  the  time  of  making  my  payment  nowhere  was  it  mentioned  that  i  had  to  make  a  minimum  payment  of  Rs  5000  for  COD.  Secondly,  when  i  sent  my  mail  (including  reminder  mails)  to  your  customer  support  regarding  my  order  nowhere  was  it  told  to  me  then  that  there  was  a  minimum  order  value  and  my  order  was  confirmed  and  processed,  only  today  i  got  this  response  from  you.  Thirdly,  i  am  aware  this  is  not  customer  support  and  try  my  best  not  to  bring  those  topics  here,  but  my  reminder  mails  get  no  response  so  this  seemed  as  the  next  best  place  to  try.
 I  gave  those  suggestions  in  good  faith,  but  if  you  choose  not  to  consider  them  thats  fine,  as  long  as  I  am  not  at  the  receiving  end.
 Anyhow,  i  will  be  replacing  my  order  through  online  payment,  and  continue  furthur  interaction  through  your  customer  care  via  email.

 All  your  emails  have  been  responded  too,  mails  in  april  asking  for  fish  information  are  all  replied  too,  on  3rd  you  sent  an  email  stating  there  were  multiple  orders  and  delete  one,  that  has  been  done,  last  mail  you  sent  is  on  6th  May  at  10:36PM  asking  if  the  order  will  be  processed  and  email  reply  times  are  24  -  72hours  before  that  you  posted  here  choosing  not  to  wish  to  wait  for  a  reply.  
 
 Not  all  information  can  be  provided  at  the  time  of  placing  the  order,  else  you  will  be  clicking  on  probably  15pages  before  you  actually  process  the  order.  Hence  different  information  is  provided  prehand  on  important  links  that  i  believe  any  online  shopper  be  it  on  any  website  should  read,  especially  shipping  terms  and  conditions.
 
 So  i  was  not  saying  i  am  not  accepting  your  suggestion,  however  you  query  was  why  was  i  not  informed  before  and  my  reply  was  to  that.

 That  is  a  valid  point  you  made,  i  am  not  asking  about  all  terms  and  conditions  but  the  condition  of  minimum  order  for  COD  should  have  been  mentioned.  Vital  information  like  product  quantity  and  sometimes  the  description  too  at  times  are  missing.  Nirav,  please  understand  i  am  not  asking  for  complete  a-z  conditions.  Only  those  which  are  critical  in  making  the  buying  decision.

 Critical  decisions  that  are  required  before  making  a  buying  decision  is  provided  even  before  you  add  the  prodluct  to  your  cart,  what  you  may  feel  is  critical  for  us  is  utmost  critical  and  hence  been  put  into  sections,  If  you  want  to  discus  the  design  part  of  the  site  or  what  information  is  provided  where,  you  can  mail  me  directly  and  we  will  discuss  it.  I  dont  think  this  forum  is  meant  for  you  and  me  to  discus  what  information  i  should  provide  on  my  site  and  what  information  you  need  or  wish  to  see.  Suggestions  are  welcome  and  we  will  incorporate  them  as  would  be  necessary  and  basis  our  company  policy.

 I  believe  your  order  is  for  a  customized  LED  solution,  Custom  LED  manufacturing  does  take  time  and  we  have  to  ensure  the  product  is  made  to  right  specifications  and  wattage  or  the  LED's  will  fuse  over  time.

 Since  the  topic  says  "indiapetstore.com  customer  interaction"  i  assumed  this  meant  all  discussions  related  to  the  online  store  (apart  from  customer  service),  i  guess  thats  why  the  topic  says  customer  interaction,  right  ?

 while  i  placed  the  order  today,  there  was  an  error  (mysql  related)  in  last  step  of  confirmation.  So  i  refreshed  the  page  and  completed  the  step.
 
 Now,  i  have  received  2  emails  from  indiapetstore,  order  no.   3016568  &   3016569.
 
 Please  cancel  the  duplicate  order  and  give  me  a  single  order  no.  i  will  do  the  money  transfer  after  your  confirmation.
