Thank  you  all  for  the  wonderful  comments!!  I  am  loving  the  fact  that  you  are  loving  the  tank...   Very Happy

It  is  a  good  thich  background  that  we  have  been  able  to  get  growing.  However  the  tank  didnot  always  look  like  this.  I  had  a  rough  start.  Here  is  the  long  story  short  for  you..

 Tank  Specs

 43  Gals
 Ehiem  2215
Lighiting  -  At  present  4  PLLs  about  150  Watts
Substrate  -  Layered  -  Aquaclay,  Amazoina  and  JBL  Aquabasis  plus
Ferts  -  ADA  Brighty  k  ,  Green  Brighty,  Green  Brightly  Special  lights,  CSMB

 Flora:

 Hygrophila  Corymbosa
 Cobomba  -  Green  and  Red
 Alteranthera  Reinecki
Dwarf  Hair  Grass  -  Eleocharis   Parvula
 Hemianthus  Micrathemoides
 Java  Fern
 Java  Moss  /  Christmas  Moss
 Aubias  Nana  /  Coffeefolia
Something  that  was  to  be  ludwigia  Inclinata  that  died
Also  there  was  supposed  to  be  Macranda  in  there  but  that  turned  out  to  be  something  else.

 Fauna:

 4  Rummynose
 9  Serphae  Tetra
 4  Black  Neons
 9  Lemon  Tetra
 11  Cardinals
 3  Harlequins
 2  German  Golden  Rams
 2  Albino  Plecos
 10  RCS  and  Amano  Shrimp
 ***  Trumpet  Snails
 1  Dwarf  Neon  Rainbow
4  Angels  (Moved  to  another  tank)

Tore  down  the  old  tank  around  end  of  June.

 Here  is  the  old  tank

Here  is  the  start  of  the  new  tank

Soon  ran  into  algae  trouble  because  was  new  to  ADA  ferts  and  there  was  not  much  plants  in  there  to  absorb  nutrients.  It  was  bad.  Had  to  take  extreme  measures.  Used  H2O2  and  nuked  em  algaes  away...

The  foreground  was  supposed  to  be  HC  but  the  angels  and  the  plecos  wouldnot  leave  them  be.  It  didnot  grow,  lost  all  of  it  and  then  switched  to  hair  grass

Here  are  some  pics  of  the  progress
The  HC  did  grow  initially  till  the  Angels,  the  lemons  and  plecos  took  a  fancy  to  it  and  kept  uprooting  it.

 Then  it  grew  some  more

I  tried  to  introduce  about  15  Cardinals  during  one  of  these  sessions  but  the  batch  was  bad  and  it  took  out  4  of  my  rummy  nose  and  only  one  of  the  cardinals  survived.  The  tank  had  to  be  treated  for  some  kind  of  bacterial  infection.  Broad  spectrum  anitbiotics  and  no  sign  of  after  that.  And  then  recently  when  the  Angel  was  spawning  lost  5  of  my  rummy  nose.

Yes.  The  angels  spawned  in  the  tank.  They  were  first  time  parents,  they  kept  on  moving  the  eggs  from  the  corymbosa  leaves  to  the  glass  and  back.  Dropped  all  of  them  in  the  substrate  and  lost  them.  We  moved  them  to  another  bare  bottom  tank  and  the  female  spawned  again  lots  of  eggs  but  the  male  ate  all  of  them  Crying or Very sad

In  the  meanwhile  without  our  knowledge  on  of  the  Serphae  spawned  somewhere  on  the  cobomba  leaves  and  we  have  a  survivor.  Very  small  but  hides  in  the  cobomba  and  the  corymbosa.  My  wife  says  it  nothing  short  of  a  miracle.  It  seems  serphaes  just  gobble  up  the  eggs.

So  thats  the  long  story  short..  I  hope  you  reached  till  here  and  didnt  fall  asleep   Smile

I  agree  that  the  moss  needs  some  trimming  but  I  am  waiting  for  it  to  grow  out  to  help  cover  the  branch  wood  completely.  Love  the  Golden  Rams,  they  are  really  colorful.

Hope  you  enjoyed  the  long  story  short   Very Happy

 Hey  Santosh

I  guess  u  need  to  name  it  "Dense  Forest".  It's  a  true  delight  to  the  eyes.

The  Red  bright  sides  of  the  tank  looks  exceptionally  Good.

 A  great  Job.

@Arjun,  Anish,  DVD,  Nandy  -  Thanks!!
 @Sandeep  -  I  use  a  Nikon  D5000  with  Nikkor  18-55  (3.5-5.6)  stock  lens.

I  am  hearing  that  the  name  should  be  related  to  forests  /  Underwater  forests  /  Paradise.

My  first  tank  was  called  Paradise  and  I  started  out  calling  this  one  paradise  regained..  I  am  done  with  paradise...  (thank  you  for  thinking  about  it  though)

Anyone  know  of  any  mystical  underwater  forests,  names  of  enchanted  underwater  forests  etc?  That  will  make  a  good  name!!
