should  the  water  used  for  boiling  also  be  poured  in  the  tank  after  it  cools  or  only  the  spinach

@crazyomzi  -  Par  boil  the  spinach  leaf  in  boiling  water  for  about  a  minute  and  and  then  cool  it  the  running  tap  water.  Put  the  leaf  in  your  shrimp  tank  and  remove  it  after  1  hour.  If  kept  for  more  time,  fungus  starts  growing  on  the  leaf  which  spoils  the  water  quality.
i  have  kept  no  almond  leaf  in  my  tank  but  only  and  only  java  moss.  Smile

i  had  kept  the  leaf  for  nearly  30  hrs  hence  the  white  colour  on  the  leaf.  but  removed  it  then  and  did  a  70%  WC.
i  dont  have  java  moss,  hence  i  hv  kept  the  almond  leaf,  and  they  just  seem  to  love  it.
i  have  also  kept  another  floating  plant.  i  dnt  know  the  name  of  it.
they  are  on  the  almond  leaf  or  the  plant,  nowhere  else  and  constantly  appear  to  eat  something.

i  sometimes  feed  them  TB  by  making  powder  of  it  (once  evry  week).

how  about  feeding  them  microworm  culture??
