Hi Guys,
Im planning to take a RO unit for my aquarium of 40 gallons...Can anyone tell me if KENT is good and if so which model would be good from below link..
http://www.kent.co.in/product/waterpurifiers.aspx
If KENT is not good which would be good based on your experience...
I need the RO unit to be connected to the tap system so that I can have this connected at all times...
Thanks.. |

Kent proves to be expensive on maintenance in the long run. I just incurred about 25% of the total buying cost as maintenance for my Kitchen's Kent RO unit. Better look for some industrial RO units.

There are small businesses who build RO units for Home/Hotel/Bottling requirements. Its better to talk to them and they can build one for your requirements.
Membrane replacement time depends on various factors like water quality, daily requirements etc. Its better to discus these factors so that you get the right kind of unit made. |

I am not sure if any RO filter will give you 0 TDS water, that will be pure distill water, most RO units lower TDS by 90-95%, some of them go upto 97%.
I am using Aquaguard reviva, I use about 50-60 lit every week, AMC is about 3.5-4 k per annum.
It is running in its second year now.
However Industrial units would be better for iger use. |
