You  cannot  measure  ppm  in  bps,  Ideal  CO2  ppm  is  20-30  ppm  for  med-high  light  tank.  For  glut  just  follow  the  instructions  on  the  bottle.  You  can  safely  double  dose  glut

Do  it  only  if  you  have  safety  equipment  like  a  fume  hood  used  in  scientific  laboratories  otherwise  dont  be  cheap  at  the  cost  of  your  health  and  buy  Seachem  Flourish  Excel  instead

Check  with  Rajiv  from  Delhi.  His  green  desert  journal  has  the  details  and  proof  with  glut.
 Good  luck.

Dissolve  30  ml  of  gluteraldeayde  in  500  ml  of  water.
This  will  give  you  1.5  %  solution,  this  is  roughly  same  as  Flourish  excel.
Dose  @  5  ml  for  40  L  at  water  change,  and  5  ml  for  every  200  lit  after  that.
You  can  easily  double  the  dose,  which  is  mainly  done  for  controlling  algae,  but  for  short  periods  only.

Yup  you  can  go  quite  high  with  Glut  dosing  but  you  need  to  do  it  gradually.  I  was  dosing  10ml  in  my  old  60L  planted  tank  with  no  ill  effects  on  the  fish  and  shrimp

Glut  is  used  at  the  doses  given  for  Flourish  excel,  it  is  not  exactly  a  substitute  a  co2  in  technical  sense.
It  provides  a  a  compound  which  is  produced  during  photosynthesis  by  plants.
As  far  as  I  know  there  is  only  a  single  dose  for  excel.
BTW  there  are  conflicting  reports  about  its  use  with  mosses,  some  report  that  it  harms  mosses.
I  have  never  used  it  with  moss,  but  in  my  tanks,  val  take  a  hit.
