You  can  buy  entire  regulator  with  needle  &  solo.  valve  online  may  be  at  indiapetstore  or  aquabynature  &  buy  cylinder  locally.  Don't  try  to  assemble  the  system  if  you  are  new  to  this  one.  there  is  very  much  hassle  in  assembling  the  system.  best  of  luck  Thumb Up

ravi  update  your  location  in  your  profile  to  help  us  suggest  the  local  shops.  I  also  agree  with  mortis  in  that.....  Yadnesh  please  make  sure  when  you  suggest  shops.  Best  online  buy  will  be  from  aquaby  nature  as  the  owner  is  himself  a  iah  member  and  a  very  helpful  person.  If  you  want  shops  then  in  banglore  you  can  go  to  aquarium  store  prabhu.  You  can  get  a  2kg  basic  set  up  for  around  4xxx.  By  basic  i  mean  cylinder,  yamato  single  stage  dual  guage  regulator,  boyu  diffusser,  bubble  counter,  co2  tubings,  non  return  valves.  The  cylinder  in  that  case  will  be  refurbished  but  it  will  be  good  for  next  few  years  later  which  you  will  have  to  refurbish  it.  All  of  us  use  refurbished  cylinders.  As  new  one  is  very  expensive.  You  can  get  a  used  set  up  in  and  around  3xxx

If  you  are  a  real  hobbyist,  get  an  idea  first  and  get  these  things  from  a  pneumatic  or  industrial  shop  locally.  That  will  make  the  hobby  more  interesting  and  informative.  Just  mail  ordering  complete  kit  is  not  a  hobby.  Certain  things  you  have  to  get  it  only  in  a  online  shop  but  not  necessarily  everything.  Check  this  http://www.dlink.org/wp/?page_id=41.  When  I  moved  to  India  I  brought  everything  except  the  cylinder.  here  I  got  a  4.5  kg  fire  extinguisher  cylinder  and  I  refill  once  a  year.

 Best  Wishes
