 Hi  All,

I'm  planning  for  a  Anubias  &  Java  Fern  only  tank  with  below  specifications-

 Tank  Size  -  L  15  inches  x  B  9  inches  x  H  14  inches

Substrate  -  Fine  sand  layer  of  about  .5  inches  (Sand  from  Talkad)

Kindly  suggest  whether  the  hardscape  is  looking  good  or  what  changes  to  be  done  for  it  to  look  good.

 Regards,
 ABHILASH

Smile   Yeah...  Was  a  bit  lazy  to  cover  the  back  glass..

Wanted  to  fulfill  the  criteria  of  the  rule  of  thirds...  Hope  the  height  would  be  ok  once  the  plants  are  placed.

 Regards,
 ABHILASH

Try  pointing  the  sharp  rock  on  the  right  away  from  the  other  rocks.  That  may  look  beter  and  also  give  you  more  space  to  wedge  your  ferns  into  the  rocks

 Hi  Anand,

Want  to  leave  one  portion  of  the  tank  bare..  Will  surely  try  that  combination  suggested  by  you  too..

 Added  plants...

Will  replace  the  internal  filter  with  a  HOB..
 Kindly  suggest-

-Whether  the  plant  density  is  ok  or  do  I  need  to  add  more.
-Whether  addition  of  CO2  brings  any  change  in  growth  of  Anubias?

 Regards,
 ABHILASH

 Liked  the  setup!  :)

Adding  moss  here  n  there  might  be  a  good  idea.

Also,  try  and  move  the  filter  behind  anubias  so  that  it  doesn't  affect  the  view  -  atleast  to  some  extent!
Even  better  would  be  to  get  a  hand  on  back  filter  to  avoid  distraction.  Small  one  should  cost  about  ~3XX.

 @  Ashish,
Will  change  the  internal  filter  to  HOB...   Smile

Have  anyone  experienced  whether  addition  of  CO2  brings  any  change  in  growth  of  Anubias?

 Good  luck  .

What  is  the  large  leaf  Anubias  Plant?   I  have  the  same.  Nobody  could  tell  me  the  exact  variety.
