It's  made  of  carbon  foam  6mm  sheets...  The  sheets  can  be  cut  with  simple  cutter  blade  and  glued  together  with  fast  adhesive...  Watch  your  fingers  while  using  this  gum.  Once  dried  run  a  bead  of  aquarium  grade  silicone  all  along  for  waterproofing  the  edges.
With  the  same  sheet  create  the  deviders  as  per  your  requirement.  I  placed  the  box  in  the  centre  and  the  LHS  brace.
You  create  a  diff  thread  in  the  DIY  section  and  we  can  guide  u  well  :)

No  it's  not  pith/thermacol...  Chek  page  2.  The  insides  of  filter  box  can  be  seen.  For  the  outer  I  just  painted  it  black.  Look  for  in  building  supplies  or  hardware  shops.

 Najib,

That's  an  excellent  tank  for  natives  and  the  scaping  is  beautiful  too.  Just  goes  to  show  that  you  don't  need  expensive  gear  and  fish  to  make  a  beautiful  aquarium!

 Kudos,

 Regards,
 Suraj

Probably  the  best  native  tank  in  India  right  now.  The  lighting  and  scaping  is  simply  brilliant.  Hats  off  to  you  Naj  for  pulling  this  off  and  thanks  for  sharing  the  pics.

Ahhh  Sid...  I'm  humbled  to  hear  this  but  I  think  there  are  much  more  deseved  peeps  to  receive  such  appreciation.  Many  thanks  to  you  bro  for  showing  me  the  native  route.

 Cheers  bro...

 Thanks  Sharky...
Yea  it's  a  very  low  maintenance  tank.  The  lights  are  3w  LED  fixture  x  3  pieces.  In  one  I  the  earlier  post  u  can  see  the  light  fixture.
All  the  fishes  are  peaceful  and  I  haven't  seen  any  aggression.  Yes  there  are  territorial  chasing  displays  which  are  pretty  normal  and  no  harm  is  caused.

 :)
