 @Rajeev

 I  think  the  aquascape  is  good  enough  just  put  a  rock  in  the  front  side  of  the  powerfilter  so  that  the  canister  remains  out  of  view!
 rest  seems  ok  -  I  might  be  seeing  things  but  I  think  your  coralline  has  started  'multiplying'    Chuckle

 Yes  they  will  need  strong  light  and  good  water  movement!
 I  think  they  should  open-up  in  a  day  or  two  -  after  that  let's  see  the  snaps  again!

 Good  start!  Make  sure  that  the  polyps  are  atleast  attempting  to  open  up  anytime.  If  they  remain  closed  for  prolonged  time,  check  for  water  parameters.  Once  used  to  your  tank  conditions,  i've  seen  them  doing  well  even  at  about  30  deg  C  for  5  to  6  hours  a  day.

 I  have  been  keeping  red  polyps  for  last  3  months  .  They  were  fine  .    Opened  up  on  the  first  day  itself  after  an  hour  on  introducing  in  my  tank  .  Few  weeks  ago  they    started  shrinking  and  did  not  open  for  2  days  .I  checked  all  my  parameters  and  found  NO3  levels  high  and  low  ph  .  They  opened  up  as  soon  as  I  added  AZOO  ph  +  .

 Since  you  have  begun  with  reef  keeping,  make  sure  the  increment  of  pH  is  just  about  +0.5  per  day.  And  yes  Azoo  pH  Plus  i  would  recommend  too.

 Thank  you  everyone....will  update  this  thread  once  i  do  the  necessary  changes.

 Will  conducting  a  25%  water  change.  Water  that  I  will  use  will  come  from  a  20  ltr  jar  containing  Parle  Bailey  brand  of  water.  This  should  address  the  PH  i  guess  if  not  will  turn  to  Ph  Plus  but  primarily  want  to  try  and  do  it  without  additives.

 that  is  fine!
 I  think  that  you  just  needed  a  lil  more  time  before  introduction  of  the  palys.  in  the  tank
 anyways,  the  water  change  will  take  care  of  the  high  nitrates  and  will  also  replenish  the  tank  of  most  trace  elements.  The  palys.  should  open  up  soon!

 After  a  water  change  (30%)  and  patience  the  Zoa  /  Paly  have  opened  and  they  look  great.  They  are  also  splitting  so  very  soon  I  will  be  having  2  colonies  of  the  same.    Thumbs Up

 View  Pic  here...The  area  within  th  red  rectangle  is  what  is  separating.
