And  remove  the  hood  for  ventilation.
if  you  can..  try  Mr.  Radjanair's  diy.  Or  Sujo'  s  diy.  That's  best.

 Hi  DRDHEEP,
The  cheap  PVC  lighting  Guru  is  Mr  Sujo.   I  have  made  as  per  his  DIY.  The  link  is
 http://indianaquariumhobbyist.com/community/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=30541
 Please  go  through  that.
I  hope  you  might  have  already  gone  through  that  by  seeing  your  snap.

 1.   Remove  Bracket  by  unscrewing  the  screws.  (pic.3)
 2.   Remove  4  screws  on  the  top  of  the  dome,  which  will  come  out  with  the  washer  provided.(pic.2)
 3.   Unscrew  the  main  wire  holder  and  push  it  towards  inside.(pic.1)
 4.   The  LED  and  the  driver  will  be  connected  through  a  connector.   Press  the  side  clip  and  remove  the  socket.

 Hi  DRDHEEP,
Regarding  cooling  system,  I  have  followed  the  DIY  of  Mr.  Shelly  DIY  Guru
The  materials  I  have  used  is
 1.   1"  x  1/2"  teak  wood  reaper
 2.   Computer  fan  5"  CZF  MODEL  C12025S  12LV  DC  12V   0.25A
 3.   Power  supply  12V  -  1200mA  AC  Adopter  lying  in  my  scrap  box.
This  was  built  on  the  teak  wood  reaper  and  kept  on  the  top.   Air  blow  towards  aquarium  water  and  we  can  reduce  max  4  degree.
Now  I  am  using  it  whenever  the  light  is  on  and  I  am  maintaining  the  mercury  below  30  degree  as  on  now  today  the  mercury  shows  32  at  Hyd.

I  hope  this  will  help  you.   All  the  best.

 Very  good  result  Janardhanam.

Even  though  I  have  used  my  old  3  feet  lighting  set  for  my  guppy  rack,  I  am  still  pondering  to  do  the  DIY  lighting  created  by  sujo.   My  only  concerned  is  that  my  tank  is  4  feet  long,  not  2  feet.   Maybe  I  should  make  a  double  2  feet  PVC  tubing  and  join  them  to  be  4  feet.   Getting  to  cut  the  tube  for  a  4  footer  in  one  go,  seems  very  tedious.

 Hi  Matnoh,
My  tank  length  is  32  inches.   I  suggest  to  go  for  160mm  PVC  pipes  which  is  having  more  thickness  and  it  can  withstand.
As  a  sportive  person,  you  do  one  thing,  Cut  the  pipe  daily  one  feet,  the  fifth  day,  you  will  have  a  nice  half  pipe  in  you  hand  and  try  to  finish,  by  sand  papering  the  cutting  place  and  edges.   Finally,  apply  black  paint.
 All  the  Best.
