@jabba  i  had  collected  Eriocaulon  Cinereum  earlier  at  a  local  stream

 http://indianaquariumhobbyist.com/community/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=32370&highlight=

 refer  to  Eriocaulon  Cinereum
 http://postimg.org/image/68aee4ob5/

unlike  Eriocaulon  Cinereum  this  Plant  forms  a  thick  carpet  and  grows  really  short  .  refer  to  the  pic  below  ,  i  managed  to  scoop  a  think  mat  .  i  wish  i  could  grow  this  plant  in  low  light  ,  by  the  way  laterite  is  available  in  abundant  like  seen  in  the  habitat.
 http://img297.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=68808_3_122_492lo.jpg

I  can  send  u  this  plant  in  a  small  quantity  ,  i  did  not  collect  much  for  my  self  .

The  first  plant  looks  awesome.  Should  be  an  Eriocaulon  and  it's  the  first  time  I'm  seeing  in  submerged.  The  plant  on  LHS  next  to  Eriocaulon  in  pic  3  is  pogestemon  deccanensis.  Which  is  actually  plant  3.

He  has  linked  the  images  from  ImageVenue,  That  website  might  be  blocked  on  your  system..  especially  if  its  an  office  network  like  mine.
So,  even  I  am  unable  to  see  most  of  the  images  posted  here  due  to  the  same  issue..

At  this  place  this  plant  had  covered  a  large  area  with  beautiful  carpet  ,  but  taking  into  consideration  the  shallow  water  ,  this  plant  in  aquarium  might  need  very  well  lit  up  tank  Sad  .

I  don't  have  any  pics  with  me  bro.  But  I  had  a  friend  who  had  collected  the  same  sometime  back.  And  the  third  one  is  indeed  pogestemon  deccanensis  and  it's  native  to  Kerala.

Next  time  if  you  get  to  go  to  the  place  again  please  get  few  specimens  of  them  for  me  too.  I  can  pay  whatever  it  is.  And  do  pay  a  visit  to  wayanad
