But  you  said..  after  water  change?
Okay  for  now  add  a  heater  28  degrees.  Your  Betta  has  sticky  fin.  Adding  a  heater  will  help.  No  overfeeding  please.  Add  a  snail  to  eat  uneaten  food.  What's  your  water  changing  schedule?

 Thank  you  very  much  abhida.
But  are  sure  about  changing  the  100%  water  daily.  Daily  changing  of  full  water  will  give  new  environment  to  fish.  It  may  be  stressful  for  it,  i  think  so.

I  told  you  for  7-10  days  wc,  as  well  as  add  some  salt.  So  it's  not  just  water  changes.  It's  a  treatment.  But  do  the  wc  with  the  same  temp.  as  Deepak  already  mentioned.

Just  try.....tail  will  be  also  fine.  Please  check  the  link  again.

Facing  difficulty  to  add  heater  in  6''  betta  tank  b'because  oversize  of  heater  Sad  .  Hence  i  have  keep  the  tank  on  Stabilizer  of  refrigerator  which  heats  due  to  it's  working  and  also  helps  to  maintain  water  temp.in  tank,  above  Room  temp.

Added  1/2  tea-spoon  Rock  salt  &  2  drops  of  Rid  All.

As  suggested  by  AbhiDa  i'll  not  feed  betta  upto  2  days  more.
Also  removed  gravel.  Yesterday  washed  tank  with  potassium  permanganate,  as  suggested  by  LFS.
