Does  it  has  ammonia  in  it?  100%  silicone  sealant  is  proven  safe.  You  need  to  check  the  ingredients  of  fevicol  to  ensure  if  all  of  them  are  safe  for  fish.

No  you  can  not  use  fevicol  aquarium  decoration  items  which  is  being  kept  inside  the  water.   I  have  used  Araldite  for  joining  the  stones.   But  I  feel  ┬áSilicon  sealant  is  the  BEST  OPTION.

 Hi  Sergio,

Fevicol  will  not  last  in  water.  Even  Fevicol  Marine  only  guarantees  48  hours  in  water.   What  you  can  use  is  fevikwik.  It  is  a  polyacrylate  (Cyanoacrylates),  and  while  not  popular  in  India,  hobbyists  around  the  world  have  been  using  it  to  frag  corals  in  their  marine  aquariums.  So  using  it  in  a  fresh  water  aquarium  would  not  be  an  issue  either.  It  is  actually  safe  to  use  directly  in  the  tank,  unlike  silicone,  which  must  be  cured  to  be  safe.
