| I currently have a 120 L fish tank with 2 Neon Gouramis, 2 Red- Neon Gouramis, 3 sword tails, 2 black ghosts, 2 Siamese, 1 talking catfish. I plan to introduce a Beta to this family. Is it ok?. |

I think it would be really interested in chasing around the dwarf gourami. Are there enough plants in your tank?

| There are some plastic plants in the tank. I am not looking to have the Beta chase the others around & tire them out resulting in stress. I believe the beta is usually aggressive to its kind only?. Looking to understand if putting a Beta in is a good idea. |

Hi Rohit159,
No , it is not at all recommended .
Gouramis,Black ghost,catfish and Betta all are aggressive fishes and territorial ones. So I will never suggest to keep betta with such a community tank . It is nothing but giving more stress to all fishes . Hope this will help you . |
