 This  is  myself  designed,  homemade  Surface  skimmer.  Here  i  used,  local  electrical  PVC  pipe,  T  joint,  Elbow  and  bottle.   Smile

 If  you  can  provide  a  valve  at  the  top  inlet,  you  can  control  the  amount  of  water  that  can  go  through  that  inlet.
 
 @prejithpreman,
 
 This  can  be  used  irrespective  of  if  the  tank  have  CO2  or  not.  This  is  a  surface  skimmer  to  remove  the  surface  film  usually  caused  by  excess  feeding  or  any  other  impurities  in  the  water.

 Surface  skimmer  does  not  produce  surface  agitation.  The  water  enters  the  skimmer  inlet  in  a  very  slow  speed.  It  does  not  agitate  the  water  in  such  a  way  that  it  would  impact  the  CO2  level  present  in  the  water.
