 Looks  beautiful  :-)
'some  big  leafed  stem  plant'-  are  you  talking  about  those  big  plants  in  the  center?  They  are  Echinodorous  and  they  are  rosette,  not  stem.

Very  good  attempt.  Some  of  the  plants  you've  chosen  will  be  too  large  for  the  height,  unless  you  want  to  grow  them  emersed.  Also  the  fish  number   seems  to  be  on  a  higher  side.  DIY  CO2  may  not  work  in  long  run,  consider  upgrading  to  pressurized  considering  the  high  light.  How  old  is  the  setup?
Again,   very  good  attempt,  nice  scape.  Love  it  !

you  need  to  correct  your  driftwood  placement.  the  driftwood  is  really  good  you  need  to  make   them  appear  to  be  in  flow  with  the  whole  scheme.  shift  the  stem  plants  towards  one  side  or  both  the  corners  and  the  foreground  plants  to  fill  up  the  gaps
