get  a  Cylinder  from  the  hospital.
Use  a  Disfuing  method  similar  to  CO2  disufer...
But  why  do  you  need  more  o2  ???
(We  had  Factories  of  these  but  sold  them  a  few  years  ago...else  could  have  given  you  a  Cylinder...Actually  now  INOX  bought  it...  :-(  )

NOTE:  about  20  of  Air  is  Oxygen  ,,,,using  just  an  areator  should  be  enough....

Aquatic  plants  are  the  best  oxygen  generators.  Why  do  you  feel  that  you  need  more  oxygen?  Normal  air  contains  enough  oxygen  and  you  can  areate  your  tank  with  a  simple  air  pump  or  power  filter.

Put  a  powerhead  and  set  the  flow  in  such  a  way,  that  it  breaks  the  water  surface  continuously.  This  will  help  to  saturate  water  with  oxygen.

 Keep  the  water  temperature  cooler.

Put  more  plants  and  light  to  encourage  photosynthesis.

 Regards
 Rana

Friend  please  be  more  specific.  The  "why"  has  still  not  been  answered?  Very Happy
Without  relevant  background  all  advices  will  shoot  off  in  all  directions.
Your  problem  is  still  not  understood.

 hi  all
PASCIFIC  makes  me  remember  one  of  my  very  first  post  in  IAH.  but  he  is  definitly  far  better  than  me.  let  me  help  u
by  being  "specific"  means  tell  us  about  your  tank  size,  lighting  ,  substrate  thickness  and  what  is  used  as  substrate,  what  r  your  inmates  in  your  tank.  u  might  wonder  WHY,  but  will  soon   realise,  after  u  post  them.

By  the  way,  be  careful  while  playing  with  oxygen.  It  is  a  combustible  gas,  unlike  CO2  which  is  just  the  opposite.  It  has  the  potential  to  explode.

Most  well  planted  tanks  reach  the  oxygen  saturation  point  pretty  quickly  in  the  morning  when  there  is  adequate  lighting  and  CO2  supply.  This  is  why  you  see  undissolved  oxygen  rising  in  stream  of  bubbles  from  the  plants.  This  means  the  oxygen  level  in  the  tank  water  has  reached  its  saturation  point  and  the  extra  oxygen  that  cannot  be  dissolved  any  more  is  going  out.
I  think  you  should  explain  why  you  think  your  tank  needs  more  oxygen.  If  your  fish  are  gasping  for  air  at  the  top,  put  a  cheap  aeration  pump.  It  will  do  the  job  in  a  few  seconds.
The  only  use  of  artificial  oxygen  cylinders  I  have  seen  in  the  aquarium  hobby  is  when  you  buy  fish  from  a  shop  that  is  very  far  from  your  house  and  you  want  to  keep  it  in  the  plastic  packet  for  a  few  hours.  They  blow  in  oxygen  from  a  medical  cylinder  and  tighten  the  packet's  mouth.  In  the  Sunday  aquarium  fish  market  in  Kolkata  they  do  it  for  Rs  2  or  so  for  every  packet.
If  there  was  a  simple  DIY  oxygen  manufacturing  system,  BOC  and  Praxair  would  have  gone  out  of  business.  And  cities  wouldn't  be  planting  trees  all  over  to  fight  pollution.

oxygen  is  not  a  combustible  gas.  You  have  got  it  all  wrong.
