 I  want  to  feed  my  flower  horn  with  frozen  shrimps  can  anybody  please  tel  me  how  to  prepare  the  shrimps  for  feeding.  I  mean  is  there  any  kind  of  preparation  or  sterilizing  required  or  one  can  just  defrost  them  and  feed  it.
 My  flower  horn  is  10''  and  11  months  old  in  wht  quantity  shud  i  feed  him.

 If  you  are  talking  market  prawns,  just  defrost  and  feed.  You  ll  have  to  take  a  judgment  on  quantity  though.  Most  likely  he'll  stop  eating  when  full.

 If  you  are  talking  about  frozen  dried  shrimps,  then  it  comes  in  a  special  can  which  are  ready  to  use.  Just  open  the  container  &  put  some  shrimps  on  your  tank.  Its  very  simple,  just  like  feeding  pellets.  Thumb Up

 If  its  frozen  from  the  market,  jus  microwave  it  for  15  seconds,  rinse  it  in  water  to  cool  it  down  and  then  feed  it  -  my  FH  loves  it  -  i  feed  two  pieces  every  day.
