 Hello  folks,
A  few  days  after  my  GTs,  I  tried  to  breed  my  bettas  too.  The  female  and  the  male  were  in  top  condition,  so  on  a  Saturday  morning,  decided  to  give  them  a  try.

Here's  a  video  of  the  pair  in  the  "Embrace",  if  you  notice  closely,  you'd  be  able  to  see  the  eggs  drop  from  the  female  and  then  picked  up  by  both  of  them  to  be  deposited  in  the  bubble-nest  Smile

 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6562769124193556&hl=en

The  fry  have  hatched  now,  and  are  swimming  horizontally   Cheering
 Vid  -  http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6444759346295744585

Will  be  feeding  them  on  Infusoria  and  egg-yolk  with  frequent  WCs.

 Any  more  ideas  welcome  Smile

 Cheers,

 Good  for  you...  Thumb Up

Videos  blocked  from  work  so  can't  see  your  vid.  What  breed  are  these?

Suggest  you  use  microworms  instead  of  infusoria  and  I  would  avoid  WCs  for  a  couple  of  weeks  at  least.

 All  the  best...

 Regards,
 Venkat

egg-yolk  is  a  bad  option  for  betta  fry.   I  used  to  feed  the  mix  of  infusoria  and  microworms  and  when  they  grew  a  bit  BBS.
