I  am  guessing  this  is  already  hatched  and  preserved.

Use  an  eyedropper  to  take  a  small  amount  (2/3  drops)  of  artemia  from  the  bottle.
Mix  with  a  little  (~bottle  cap)  tank  water  to  get  a  solution.  Drip  this  mix  over  the  area  the  fry  are  currently  in.
Turn  off  teh  filters  while  feeding.

Depends  on  how  many  fry  you  have  and  tank  size.
Try  to  feed  such  that  the  cloudiness  disappears  in  a  few  minutes.
Do  not  feed  the  fry  until  they  are  free  swimming.  This  will  be  3-4  days  after  they  hatch.

 Hi  Jothi,

 I  agree  with  Pradeed.

And  do  not  over  feed  the  fry  as  this  could  rupture  of  their  tiny  stomach's.

 Regards,
 Surya
