 When  my  MH  are  off  they  look  even  better.
 
 These  are  the  juvenile  adults!  Guess  what  the  4  inch  mature  males  will  look  like.

 They  are  in  a  tank  full  of  Crypts  Nikhil,  about  10  varieties  of  crypts  in  there  planted  over  the  years,  I  have  forgotten  their  names  too.
 
 Let  them  do  what  they  want  to!

 Hope  the  male  puts  on  his  breeding  dress  and  we  get  some  eye  candy  from  you  Smile  (can  see  the  tinge  of  red  on  the  body  and  the  black  fin  as  of  now)

 sure  they  do.....these  seem  a  bit  more  greener  to  me....those  seem  more  silvery...at  first  glance  both  would  look  same...they  got  that  spot  near  their  tail  too

 Sahyadri  barbs  are  a  lot  more  leaner  and  more  "brown"  in  shade,  plus  the  faint  thin  stripes.

 These  barbs  were  super  awesome  with  their  rose-red  combo  coloration  under  the  sun,  very  fast  and  agile,  took  us  a  good  1  hour  backacheing  net  spread  in  Tallakad  to  catch  these  little  buggars.

 Wow!  no  I  want  some  too!!  The  ones  in  WBengal  i  saw  are  stouter  and  pale  green  but  they  looked  nice  too.

 Here  they  are  well  fed  on  frozen  mysis  shrimp.
