Sid.  I  reaally  like  your  Barillius.  I  guess  we  really  have  to  go  and  catch  some  more  once  again  for  my  tank  :-)

These  guys  are  pretty  aggressive  on  each  other  now.  When  new  they  were  schooling  tightly,  now  they  seem  to  be  chasing  and  biting  each  other...is  that  normal?
Fins  are  intact,  but  some  scales  seem  to  be  missing.

 Tank  is  180l(nominal),  3x1.5x1.5ft.

I  have  mine  with  a  bunch  of  giant  danios  and  they  do  get  a  bit  aggressive.  Even  I  have  seen  missing  scales.

Hey  siddharth,  do  you  have  any  water  current  in  the  tank?

I  got  an  extra  powerhead  to  stimulate  the  flowing  environment  they  dwell  in  and  guess  what,  they  just  love  going  against  it  all  together.  They  keep  on  doing  it  for  hours  and  hours  non-stop,  I  wonder  if  that  stresses  them.  But  now,  they  aren't  quarreling  anymore  with  the  current  to  keep  them  busy.  Chuckle

I  have  a  1250  L/H  internal  filter  in  a  3  footer  and  thats  a  lot  of  current.  The  danios  and  Barilius  really  like  it.

Same  here,  as  soon  as  the  powerhead  is  off,  they  start  chasing  each  other.  As  long  as  there  is  current,  there  is  peace  :-)
