O God Clive,
BOYU NANO are those lovely ready-made, ready-to-go glass aquaria made in Taiwan that have everything built into them (lamp, filter etc) and all you do is put in gravel, water, plants and buy cute fish and presto, you have a great focus for your living room if you know how to look after fish and love them.
I have a pair of moontail black mollies, a pair of albino veil tail ramarezi cichlids, a pair of albino corydoras, pair of honey dwarf gouramis, three wagtail platies and one nasty blood red betta called Narendra Modi. There are eight varieties of plants including a red lily doing very well thank you.
Water change (half every week),
Maybe I should send you the photo of my little 15 inch Nano tank. It's a lovely addition to my living room and everybody loves it.
My problem is the feeding. I don't trust my male friends to hand over the keys when I leave Delhi for Bombay over the week-ends and my office finance manager, a very friendly lady, comes to feed them once a day on dried bloodworms when I'm not in town.
All's well till now.
Thanks for allowing me to clarify.
