 Dear  Sir
From  the  video  it  appears  to  be  your  Krib(Alpha)is  showing  aggresiveness  towards  its  own  species  and  not  others.  Its  very  natural  and  the  beta  will  be  ever  dominated  by  the  alpha.Solution  is  to  exchange  one  (Alpha  or  Beta)with  2-3  female  or  you  may  put  the  Alpha  in  isolation(cube   or  hospital  tank)  for  a  week.  Meanwhile  the  beta  will  became  a  dada(Goon)  in  the  tank  and  when  the  Alpha  returns  then  the  fight  will  be  severe  and  may  be  equal.
 Regards
 Kaushik

 Dear  Mr  Asim
After  analysing  the  2  nd  video  I  think  the  Krib  is  guarding  its  territory  which  is  a  natural  phenomena  and  you  can  minimise  it  by  displacing  his  cave  /  bogwood  etc,  but  for  a  limited  time  period  ,  once  he  settled  he  will  again  show  his  inherent  aggresiveness.
 Regards
 Kaushik

 Hi  Asim,

 Kindly  update  your  loaction.

Coming  back  to  the  topic  -  it  always  advisable  to  keep  kribs  as  pairs.  If  you  try   with  1  male  and  2  females  then  one  female  is  bound  to  be  chased  by  the  other.

I  guess  you  have  2  pairs  of  kribs  in  the  tank.  I  had  kept  2  pairs  in  a  3'  tank  and  often  saw  aggression  while  breeding.  No  matter  what,  they  will  gaurd  their  ground.

Kindly  give  us  more  details  of  your  setup  for  better  advice  from  experts.

 Regards,
 Surya

 Hi  Asim,

With  so  many  hiding  spots,  your  female  krib  is  safe.  Do  not  worry  too  much.  And  yes,  kribs  pair  up  so  do  not  add  any  more  females.  That  solution  works  only  for  harem  forming  african  lake  cichlids.

 Regards

 Agree  to  what  surya  says.

I  have  a  similar  scenario  in  my  tank.
 1  male  and  2  females.
The  poor  single  females  gets  chased  badly.

Does  your  male  chases  a  particular  female?  or  both  females?

I  would  suggest  you  to  seperate  the  female  being  chased.

Unfortunately  kribs  never  pair  just  because  you  want  them  to.  I  had  a  male  and  a  female  which  never  paired  up,  I  had  them  for  more  than  a  year....  I  guess  water  condition,  temperature,  the  mating  dance   Chuckle  all  matters....
