Hamza Rs. 8/10 LEDs are not for this hobby.
Try searching the net for LED lighting for aquaria. There's a lot of info available in many forums and manufacturers website. Lots of DIY projects too. And universally the LEDs used do not cost Rs. 8 to Rs. 10 and are not used with Rs. 2 reflectors. The LEDs for aquaria are in a different league altogether.
I doubt these LEDs be enough as a night light or moon light for aquaria.

Ok, got it, Tell me in detail how to light a 24"x12"x15" densely/ moderately planted tank? Wattage, kind of light, K ratings, etc, how about a 18 watt or 24watt CFL? I was thinking of using LEDs on this (now the idea is dropped).
