@ Beta and Yogranda
Completely understand and as has always been our commitment, we will abide by IAH Rules.
@ All Members of IAH
Apologies for having to use such measures / words and bring out deals in the open. This is not a business practice I like to follow. If I have hurt any of our fellow members sentiments, I personally apologies to them individually.

Nash... it's not an ethical practice to add a public forum thread link to your Customer feedback form so all the feedbacks will be instantly displayed on open forum. If you really care for feedbacks, make your own mechanism, attach the same to your portal. This will be highly appreciated.

Posting as a hobbyist
Once I was a frequent shoppyist on eBay, didn't really buy expensive items there but some small-priced items like music CDs, drilling machine. One deal went sour when seller sent cracked item & was not ready accept his responsibility inspite several calls, emails etc. Though item was costing less than 100 bucks, I simply posted Negative Feedback about the seller on eBay. The same seller started requesting to remove the said feedback & agreed to replace the item later. I plainly refused the proposal. One seller was refusing personal pickup from the place which is just 5mins near my office, due to such experience, I bid Goodbye to eBay.
IMO, aquarium accessories are better to pick up personally from your city. You can check the product condition while buying & also get the warranty card duly stamped by shopkeeper there itself. If the product is not available in your city, you can use IAH forum and local fellow members may be helping you out.
If your customer wants to post Negative Feedback about his deal went worse inspite of negotiations, where he will post his opinion & experience?? As we all know, negative feedback threads are simply locked on IAH.
Customer Feedback should be displayed right on your website, both Postive & Negative & not here.

We never request customers to post feedback here, This post was started by an hobbyist only. We only had a link for customers to see, we have our own feedback mechanism in place on our webstore itself. However the feedback mechanism is for products you have ordered and not for products you havent ordered.
As a company Indiapetstore has never promoted feedback on IAH to any members, We have never used content of the feedbacks posted here from any members.
The current member claiming of not being able to post his feedback is cause he has posted feedback on two products of ozonizers and never bought any of those models. We sent him one of the models FREE of cost due to his reluctance to send us the ozonizer that went bad after 5 months of use as well.
So your ebay experience as compared to ours is no where linked. We have proactive gone beyond any company would do in terms of customer service for our customers always. Here we have sent a FREE skimmer and FREE ozonizer for temporary use to the customer so that he can send the ozonizer back to us for a warranty check. I doubt if any local vendor would also provide you a temporary use product incase the warranty product goes bad in our aquarium industry.
However if the customer does not want to send the ozonizer to me and then post negative feedback, even the ebay system will aduit the same and so shall we.
However to avoid confusion to any members thinking that we are seeking feedback in a public forum, We have discontinued the link to this topic.

I had ordered numerous items from indiapetstore and all the products except one worked just fine.
A Hana pH meter was not working according to my satisfaction. I sent it back and it was promptly replaced by Nirav, even though it did not have a replacement guarantee !
So I am a satisfied customer.

I have always found Indipetstore's services to be top notch and at par with some of the best international online stores I've dealt with. Honestly I dont have anything to do with this issue, but I really cant believe that somebody is saying all this about Indiapetstore. Nirav has always been so friendly and kind and has always guided me on the correct and affordable solution.
If I may speak personally, there have been so many incidents when I wanted to order something expensive from Indiapetstore and Nirav clearly adviced me not to spend so much on the item and instead go for a cheaper, more / equally effective alternative. How many Stores would do that ? Why would he spoil his chance of selling an expensive item and suggest a cheaper altrenative, if he didnt really care for his customers?
Again I want to make it clear that I dont have anything to do with Indiapetstore, apart from the fact that Nirav is a great friend, a guru to me and a truly caring person who has always guided me.
Anyways, take care friends and have a great day ahead !
